AY Group Inc. was established out of the collective ambition of the founders interested in investing in, building and developing long-term business opportunities, especially in the finance industry. Currently, we are primarily a holding company whose main purpose is to hold shares of its subsidiaries, and manage the distributable funds of the companies (dividends).
